College applications and the job market are changing drastically.

I have worked in education for the past seven years, building nonprofits and experiential learning programs that have reached students across more than 50 countries.

Over and over again, I met students who were curious, capable, and ready to do real work, but had no meaningful way to access it. They were simply waiting for someone to give them a chance.

I later went on to study learning itself, completing a Master's in Learning Design and Technology at Stanford after studying Data Science and Business at UC Berkeley. That experience confirmed what I had already seen on the ground: a classroom can teach you about a job, but it cannot fully show you what it feels like to do the work.

At the same time, companies are looking for people they can count on. People who take initiative, deliver strong work, and create real impact.

That is why I started Byldora.

I wanted students to have what I wish I had at their age: the opportunity to work on something real, build a portfolio they are proud of, and show what they are capable of before anyone asks them to prove it on paper.
