Work through a spreadsheet of US universities and pull head coach and assistant coach names and emails from each baseball program's official athletic site.
New Beginnings USA Agency places student-athletes at US universities. Every recruiting cycle starts with the same problem: we need current, accurate contact info for the coaching staff of every baseball program we're targeting, and the athletic sites where that info lives are all built differently.
We're handing you a spreadsheet with a row per university and an "athletic site" column already filled in. Your job is to visit each site and fill in three columns: head coach name, one assistant coach name, and the emails.
The process for each row:
- Open the university's athletic site from the "athletic site" column. Go to the Sports menu and pick Baseball.
- Find the Coaching Staff page. It's usually linked from the top menu inside the Baseball section, or at the bottom of the Roster page.
- Copy the Head Coach's name into the "coach name" column. Pick one Assistant Coach and put their name in the "assistant coach" column.
- Copy both emails into the "emails" cell in this exact format: head_coach@email , assistant_coach@email (space, comma, space between them). If there's no assistant email, leave only the head coach's email with no separator.
Accuracy matters more than speed. A wrong email is worse than a blank cell — if you can't find something, mark it clearly so we can review it rather than guessing.
