Design and run a customer survey for a premium wellness tea brand, then turn the responses into a findings summary and 2–3 sharp customer personas.
Danapani is an early-stage premium tea brand rooted in Indian heritage and Ayurvedic tradition. We sell three functional blends — Masala Chai, Spearmint Tulsi, and Classic Digestive — built around digestion, stress relief, and hormone balance. Our tea bags are handmade by underprivileged women earning dignified employment, and that mission sits at the center of how we show up.
As a young brand, one of the most useful things we can learn right now is who our ideal customer actually is. Knowing who buys premium wellness tea, and why, shapes our packaging, our ads, and how we talk about ourselves on social. That's where you come in.
Deliverable: a short survey (Google Forms is fine), a written summary of findings, and 2–3 detailed customer personas in a slide deck.
Start by designing a thoughtful survey covering tea-drinking habits, wellness priorities, price sensitivity for premium tea, and what pulls people toward a brand — health benefits, story, look, or values. Distribute it to a meaningful sample: peers, parents, family friends, relevant online communities. Aim for enough responses to spot real patterns, not one-off opinions. Think like a detective looking for the "why" behind people's choices, not just the "what."
Then synthesize. The findings summary should call out trends, surprises, and standouts. Each persona should read like a profile of a real person — age, lifestyle, what they care about, where they shop, what wellness means to them, and what kind of messaging would actually make them buy Danapani. Our team should read your personas and immediately picture who we're talking to.
You'll get our brand background, product details, mission notes, and direct access to Heeral for questions along the way. Your findings will feed real decisions as we grow.
