Build a ranked list of 75–100 cafés, hotels, and wellness venues across the UAE and GCC where Tamré, our date and hazelnut barista milk, should launch first.
Tamré is a premium date and hazelnut plant-based barista beverage built for the GCC market. The ingredients are Middle Eastern, the format is barista-first, and the audience is the specialty coffee, hotel, and wellness scene across the UAE and the wider Gulf. We're preparing for production and a first-market launch, and we need help figuring out exactly where to walk in first.
We want a practical target list, not a landscape essay. Research the UAE/GCC premium café and hospitality scene, identify the venues and groups where Tamré fits commercially, culturally, and visually, and rank them by opportunity. Look at where plant-based barista milks are already being poured, where they're missing, and where a Middle Eastern-rooted brand has the strongest wedge.
Deliverables:
1. A ranked list of 75–100 launch targets — cafés, hotels, wellness spaces, concept stores, specialty retailers, and hospitality groups. For each: name, location, website and socials, key contact if you can find one, why it's a fit, and a suggested outreach angle.
2. A short market and competitive report on plant-based and barista milk brands active in the region — pricing where visible, positioning, ingredient stories, and where the white space sits for Tamré.
3. A final deck summarizing the top opportunities, the recommended entry sequence, and next steps we can hand to sales and investors.
You'll get the Tamré brand deck, product specs, ingredient story, current visual identity, and a briefing call with the founder. We'll also share the two or three lighthouse accounts we're already talking to so you can calibrate the rest of the list against them.
